Abstract

Different types of e-commerce companies are using different types of methods for Customer Acquisition. Rokomari.comis the best book selling e-commerce site in Bangladesh.Once it uses a special type of survey questionnaire for customer acquisition. After calculating all the data collected from the survey it is found that there is a positive relation between special types of survey on customer acquisition for an e-commerce company.
